Safe Metrics is seeking experienced Construction Estimators to support clients with task-based estimating services across a range of project types.
This role is ideal for estimators seeking side-hustle work, overflow support or flexible consulting arrangements.
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs and quantity take-offs
Review drawings, specifications and scopes of work
Assist with feasibility studies and budget development
Provide clear, defensible cost estimates for clients
To be successful, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in construction estimation
Strong attention to detail and cost accuracy
Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines
An Australian Business Number
Payment per estimate or per agreed scope
Fully flexible workload
